The Scheme provides the Somali community with homecare services to the elderly, disabled and housebound in Sheffield and surrounding areas.
The services the Scheme offers includes help with housework, shopping, feeding, help to and from hospitals and all other personal care needs.
They also help the elderly and disabled find appropriate accommodation suitable to meet their needs.
They also help provide interpreting service to help deal with authorities.
They are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
