Nelson Kaggwa is a Trustee from an independent African Community of ACCM which works in partnership with various groups to reduce the practice of Female Genital Mutilation - a practice widespread across Africa.
Somali-TEC helped him to understand the underlying nature of the Somali Community and helped him to identify key people to ensure success.
One result of this is that the law was changed in 2003 to close loopholes identified to MP's by the group.
