Mohamed Ese was key in setting up a support service to improve the standards of underachieving Somali school children.
Somali-TEC gave support to help him present his case to conferences and other meetings. This helped him to gain the support and financing to bring the school into being.
They also helped him to develop programmes for the children - some of whom were excluded from school.
