Amina Hassan who lives in the Sharrow area of Sheffield came from Somalia in 1990.
Amina had never been to school in her native Somalia.
She has eight children at the ages of 2-13 years.
Two years ago, S-Tec arranged English classes for Amina and other house bound women four times a week.
As a result Amina joined Castle College in 2003 to follow mainstream courses.
